Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-14
1. Acceptance
Use of the AppointIO service ("the Service") is subject to these terms. By using the Service you agree to them; if you do not agree, please refrain from use.
2. Definitions
- Service: the online appointment-management platform operated under the appoint.co.il domain.
- Business owner: a user who created an account to receive bookings from customers.
- End customer: a person who books an appointment via a business's public page.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your sign-in credentials, and activity that takes place under your account. Business owners are responsible for delivering their offered services and for resolving disputes with their customers.
4. Platform role and bookings
AppointIO is a technology provider only. Appointments booked through the Service are agreements between the end customer and the business — AppointIO is not a party to them and is not responsible for the services a business provides, their quality, safety, legality, or pricing, or for a business's licensing or professional qualifications. Any dispute over a service or appointment is solely between the end customer and the business.
5. Permitted use
You may not use the Service:
- In violation of applicable law.
- To infringe third-party rights.
- To attempt intrusion, introduce malware, or otherwise disrupt the Service.
- To send spam or offensive content.
6. Billing, plans, and trial
AppointIO offers three subscription tiers to business owners: Lite (₪39 / month), Pro (₪99 / month), and Business (₪199 / month). All prices are in ILS and exclude 18% VAT. Annual prepayment qualifies for a 15% per-month discount.
Signing up grants a 14-day free trial of full Pro features with no payment information collected upfront. After the trial, new bookings will be paused until you select a plan and provide payment details. Existing bookings continue to function.
Business owners are responsible for collecting payments from their end customers in compliance with Israeli tax and consumer-protection laws. AppointIO issues a tax invoice (חשבונית מס) for subscription fees paid for the Service.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy for a specific appointment is set by the business owner.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — fees already paid for that period are non-refundable, subject to any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Law). After cancellation, your business and customer data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resume, after which it is permanently deleted.
8. Content and rights
All rights in the AppointIO code, design, and brand are reserved. Business owners retain rights in content they upload (business name, description, logo) and grant us a license to display it within the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of business owners, for the quality or safety of the services they provide, or for disputes between a business and its customers.
10. Indemnification
Business owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppointIO, its owners and operators, from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the services they provide, their use of the Service, their content, or their dealings with end customers.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or at our discretion, with reasonable prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Data processing (business owners as controllers)
With respect to end-customers' personal data, the business owner is the database owner and data controller, and AppointIO processes that data on the owner's behalf and instructions, solely to provide the Service. Accordingly:
- Confidentiality and security: we keep the data confidential and apply reasonable measures to protect it.
- Sub-processors: the business owner approves the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, and AppointIO remains responsible for their performance.
- Transfer outside Israel: where data is transferred to sub-processors outside Israel, this is done in accordance with applicable law.
- Data-subject requests: we will assist the business owner in responding to customer requests to access, correct, or delete their data.
- Breach notification: we will notify the business owner without undue delay of a security incident affecting its data.
- Return and deletion: on termination, data is retained and deleted as described in the cancellation and retention section above.
The business owner is responsible for ensuring that collecting and processing its customers' data is lawful (including obtaining any required consent), and for any sensitive data (such as health information) it chooses to store in the system.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
