Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
AppointIO is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make the website and booking system as accessible as possible, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its service-accessibility regulations, 5773-2013.
Conformance level
We work toward conformance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process and we improve the site continuously.
What we have done
- Keyboard support for navigating and completing a booking.
- Form fields programmatically linked to their labels for screen readers.
- Selected/pressed state exposed to assistive technologies.
- Page language and text direction declared (Hebrew is right-to-left).
- Booking-form errors announced automatically.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, and content uploaded by businesses (such as images and free text) may not meet every accessibility requirement. We fix such issues as they are found. If you run into difficulty, please contact us and we will help.
Contact us about accessibility
If you encounter an accessibility problem, or have a request or question, you can reach our accessibility coordinator:
- Email: david@appoint.co.il
Please describe the problem, the relevant page, and how you were browsing (browser and device) so we can resolve it quickly.
