AppointIO ("the Service", "we") respects user privacy and operates in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you use the Service.

• Business owners: name, email, login credentials, business details (name, address, phone), and your configured settings.
• End customers booking appointments: name, email, phone (if provided), and any notes you include with a booking.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and logs needed to operate the Service.

• To enable appointment booking and management.
• To send booking confirmations and reminder emails.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

End-customer personal data is shared with the business at which the appointment was booked — that business sees the information needed to fulfill the booking. We do not sell information to third parties. We may pass information to infrastructure providers (hosting, email) acting on our behalf under confidentiality terms.

We retain information for as long as the account is active and as required to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by emailing the address below.

Under Israeli law you have the right to access personal data we hold about you, request corrections if inaccurate, and request deletion in eligible cases. Contact us by email to exercise these rights.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No system is impenetrable, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service uses cookies essential to operation (sign-in, preferences). This version of the Service does not use advertising tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent revision date appears at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
